I attended one of the early courses ( I am the guy with the grey hair in the video!)One of the best days I have had. Very laid back teaching style and lots of laughs along the way.Superb curry lunch provided then back to cooking curry ourselves.My curry making skills have really improved since taking part in the course. A word of warning once you have cooked afew curries for family and friends you find that you are in great demand to host curry nights. The Magic Mix is a must have item. Superb!!
