Pan fried cherry tomatoes (side dish)
Another fav of mine
punnet of cherry toms
3 - 4 spring onions chopped
large pinch of chopped coriander inc storks
fry the toms in a shallow pan just as the skin peels a little add all the other ingredients fry for a
couple of mins
serve cold or hot with any curry or grilled fish meat etc
the juice is delicious for dipping bread or naan bread after
add to stews soups casserole
You can make soups and stews a little more interesting by adding a table spoon or two of magic mix great with boring packet soups eg. minestrone, add original magic mix and some chilli flakes great on a cold day .
